Welcome to Midlife WISE, created by a CRNA and CRNP who are passionate about helping women better understand their bodies during midlife. Through evidence-based education and practical strategies, they guide women through the hormonal, metabolic, and lifestyle changes that occur during this stage of life. They believe midlife is not a decline, but a powerful transition—and their mission is to help women move from simply surviving to truly thriving.

Midlife WISE is our signature clinician-led education program designed for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. Inside the program in a personalized small group, you will:

Week 1: Nutrition for Hormone Stability

Blood sugar balance, protein targets, alcohol impact, and practical midlife meal strategy.

 

Week 2: Sleep & Recovery

Why sleep changes in perimenopause and how to restore deep, restorative rest.

 

Week 3: Movement for Muscle & Metabolism

Strength training, cortisol balance, and protecting bone density.

 

Week 4: Stress & Nervous System Regulation

Understanding cortisol, nervous system reset tools, and daily regulation practices.

 

Week 5: Labs, Hormones & Smart Supplementation

What labs matter in midlife, hormone options, and supplements that actually make sense.
